Returns & Refunds

Have a part and need to return it? 

Note: Parts must be in like new condition and returns must be made within 30 days of the date the order was placed.  

If the part is flawed in any way because of a mistake that we made, give us a call at 828-276-3273 and we will discuss the problem and get it resolved in any way we can. 

Follow the steps below to get a part returned to us. Be sure to not skip any step as they are all very needed to get you your refund. 

If the parts are in like new condition then you can take it to your local FedEx/USPS (smaller parts typically go USPS and bigger items go FedEx) hub and ship your product back to us. Our address is at the bottom of our homepage on our website. Include a note with the reason for return and your order number. This will help us find your order in our system and know what steps we need to take as far as getting you your refund. Be sure to receive a tracking number from whichever carrier you choose and once we receive the product and see that it is in like new condition we will issue your refund. We also charge a 10% restock fee if you don't plan to purchase another item from us. Refunds will typically take 2-4 business days to transfer back into your account. After that, you should be good!
